BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana football's Jake Pecina has earned his first weekly honor from the NSIC. The redshirt freshman kicker has been named the NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week after leading all NSIC kickers with 12 points this past week.
 
With his skills, Augustana moved to 7-0 for the third time in program history with a 48-28 win at Winona State.

- Went 2-for-2 on field goals and 6-for-6 on point-after attempts
- The two field goals were from 38 and 48 yards with the 48-yarder marking a career-best
- Led NSIC kickers in scoring with 12 points
- Also kicked off nine times for 469 yards
