BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana soccer garners four Vikings' on NSIC all-conference teams, announced by the league Thursday morning.
"I am very pleased that these four amazing student-athletes have been recognized for their talent performances on the soccer field. The determination and grit that they displayed were key factors to our success this season. These women truly deserve these accolades and I'm very happy for them!" said head coach

Annika Bard leads the charge for the Vikings as she was named to the all-conference first team after recording four goals and two assists for a total of 10 points. Bard tallied key goals in Augustana's wins over NSIC opponents UMary, Wayne State, Sioux Falls and MSU Moorhead. The senior midfielder has netted seven goals and three assists for 17 points in 48 career games.
Senior
Hope Korte was named to the all-conference second team after leading the Vikings in points with 18 by way of seven goals and four assists. The Mendota Heights, Minnesota native played a crucial role in Augustana's offense. Korte scored the lone goal in Augustana 1-0 win over then No. 13 Central Missouri.
Mackenzie Ternes was named to the all-conference second team after a strong senior season on the defensive side of the ball. Head coach
Brandon Barkus leaned on Ternes throughout the season as she tallied 1,514 minutes. The Vadnais Heights, Minnesota native played a full 90 minutes in eight different matches in 2023.
Sophomore defender
Connor Rylance garnered her first career honor as she was named to the all-conference second team. Rylance potted one goal and tallied one assist for a total of three points in the 2023 season. The Overland Park, Kansas native played 1,220 minutes as Barkus relied on her in key moments throughout the year.
