SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana baseball's 2023 home opener will have to wait for just a touch longer. The Vikings' opening NSIC series, originally slated for Saturday and Sunday at Ronken Field, has been moved to Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.
 
The dates of the series with Southwest Minnesota State will shift by a day as Sunday's doubleheader will take place at Creighton Prep in Omaha, Nebraska, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Monday, the two squads will play a single, nine-inning game at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The first pitch for Monday is slated for 11 a.m.
