TEMPE, Ariz. – Augustana women's tennis ranked No. 22 in the Division II Women's Preseason Top 25 Coaches Poll, announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. 

"We have started practicing and are really looking forward to the start of the season. We have a very strong team this year with a lot of depth up and down our lineup. I'm excited to see what this team is able to achieve. Let's go Vikings" said head coach Marc Kurtz. 

The Vikings will look to lean on Florentia Hadjigeorgiou who comes into the season after clinching a spot in the ITA Championships last fall. 

Augustana newcomer Mia Garcia made a name for herself in the ITA Regionals after she secured a spot in the Round of 16. 

AU starts the season Feb. 2-3 against MSU Denver and Newman in Kearney, Nebraska before returning home for a slew of matches.
