SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana women's golf team is set to host the 2024 edition of the Augustana Spring Invite on Monday and Tuesday at Elmwood Golf Course in Sioux Falls. Here are five things to know.
The Vikings
Augustana, holding down the fifth spot in the NCAA Division II Central Region Rankings, has won five tournaments in 2023-24. In addition, AU is coming off a second-place showing at the Newman Invitational last week while also holding a third-place finish at the Midwest Classic in October.
Of the 10 NSIC Players of the Week awarded in 2023-24, the Vikings have claimed four of them with
Masy Mock earning the honor in September,
Lanie Veenendall in October and
Molly Stevens most recently in March and the first week of April.
