ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced its slate of games for the 2024-25 season including Augustana's 16 games against league competition. 

A full voting member, Augustana is playing a transitional schedule against CCHA competition with 16 games (one series against each member) for the final time in the 2024-25 season before playing a full league schedule in the 2025-26 season. Augustana is immediately eligible for NCAA Tournament consideration. 

The Vikings went 7-7-2 against CCHA opponents last season and 4-3-1 on home ice. 

The full 2024-25 schedule against CCHA opponents and non-conference teams will be announced at a later date. 

Augustana will open up CCHA play on Nov. 1-2 against St. Thomas in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The Vikings swept the Tommies in its inaugural season by scores of 4-2 and 2-1. 

The following weekend, Augustana will return to Midco Arena to play Bemidji State on Nov. 8-9 before hitting the road to face Ferris State on Nov. 22-23. Augustana finishes out the month of November with a home series against Northern Michigan on the 29-30. 

In late January, Augustana will make the trek to Ohio to play Bowling Green on the 24-25. The Vikings captured its first weekend sweep in program history against the Falcons on Oct. 14-15, 2023. 

On Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, the Vikings will host Lake Superior State with games slated for 7:07 p.m. and 6:07 p.m.

Augustana makes its final CCHA road trip to Mankato, Minnesota on Feb. 7-8 to face Minnesota State. 

The Vikings finish CCHA play against the 2024 Mason Cup Champions Michigan Tech on home ice, Feb. 14-15.
