SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana tennis head coach
Marc Kurtz announced the signing of one future Viking for the incoming freshmen class of 2026 on Wednesday.
Will Koziara | Sioux Falls, South Dakota | O'Gorman
High School: Koziara is a four-time letter winner at O'Gorman High School. Koziara was on the all tournament team and singles and doubles 3rd place in his sophomore season. Koziara was a state champion in singles while also capturing another all tournament team in his junior season.
Personal: Will is the son of Anne and Matt Koziara and plans to major in sports management.
Coach Kurtz on Koziara: "Really excited to have Will join our team. We targeted Will early on and we know that he has a ton of upside. Will is the defending South Dakota State AA singles champion. He is a three-sport athlete here in town and when he gets to Augie in the Fall, he will really improve, focusing exclusively on Tennis.
