SEGUIN, Texas – The No. 5 Viking acrobatics & tumbling team closed its Texas trip with a bang, knocking off Texas Lutheran 269.050-108.350 on Tuesday night in Memorial Gymnasium

- Augustana knocked off the Bulldogs for the second time in four seasons, moving to 12-2 on the road in program history. 
- The 269.050 team score is the second-highest score in program history behind a 2024 regular season matchup against Baylor.
- The Vikings won all six events en route to the victory.
- In the compulsory event, the Vikings earned a near-perfect pyramid score to help lead the team to their highest score on the season and fourth-highest in program history.
- After breaking the program record in acro on Sunday, the Vikings topped that total by 0.050 to reset the program record.
- It was another strong performance in the pyramid as the Vikings earned their third-best total in program history.
- After taking the toss event, the Vikings improved on their tumbling score from Sunday to enter the team event with 176.600 points. 
- In a strong team event, the Vikings posted a 92.450, the fifth-highest total in program history.

Augustana returns home next Wednesday, taking on No. 4 Iona at 6 p.m., in the Elmen Center.
