Freshman Cecilie Udstuen finished in fifth place in the 800 meter run at the 2010 NCAA Div. II Track & Field Indoor National Championships in Albuquerque, N.M. on Saturday,

Udstuden was the only Viking participant to make the finals, and finished the race in 2:12.86, just 0.31 seconds behind the fourth place finisher and 0.8 seconds behind the third best runner.

By finishing in the top eight Udstuen earns All-American honors.
