Senior shortstop Justin Warne is from Sioux Falls and played his prep ball at Roosevelt High School. Warne has been on a tear to open the 2016 season and continued his hot hitting against the Golden Bears of Concordia-St. Paul this past weekend. In four starts Warne had a triple slash line of .500/.750/.538. He picked up six hits in 12 at-bats, drove in four and scored three runs of his own. Warne hit his second home run of the season and now has three in his career. In the field Warne had four putouts and eight assists.
