SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana men's tennis team will be traveling down to Hilton Head Island, S.C. for the Spring TennisFest. The Vikings will get five matches in four days.

The Vikings will bring a record of 4-2 into their spring trip and will take on five Division II schools. Augustana is set to take on Kutztown (March 13), West Liberty (March 14), Fairmont State (March 15), University of Charleston (March 15) and Edinboro (March 16).

Augustana is led by Charlie Adkins in singles play. Adkins is 4-1 at No. 2 singles during his freshman campaign. In doubles, the duo of Logan Barr and Joe Sawatzke are a perfect 5-0 at No. 2 doubles.

Kutztown
Augustana will take on Kutztown on March 13 at 3:30 p.m. at the Chaplin Park Tennis Center. The Golden Bears is 0-2 on the season entering their match against the Vikings.

The Golden Bears are led by Josh Carl who is 2-0 at No. 6 singles.

West Liberty
The Vikings are set to take on the Hilltoppers of West Liberty on March 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chaplin Park Tennis Center West Liberty is 1-1 on the season and has four matches before taking on Augustana.

Fairmont State
Augustana goes up against Fairmont State on March 15 at 8:30 a.m. at the Evian Tennis Center. The Fighting Falcons have a record of 5-2 and will play three matches before playing the Vikings.

University of Charleston
The Vikings will also take on the University of Charleston on March 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Evian Tennis Center. The Golden Eagles bring a record of 3-2 into the Spring TennisFest and will have two matches before facing the Vikings.

Edinboro
Augustana concludes its Spring Trip against Edinboro on March 16 at 8:30 a.m. at the Chaplin Park Tennis Center. The Fighting Scots will have a record of 7-1 going into the Spring TennisFest and will have three matches before taking on the Vikings.

The Fighting Scots have three student-athletes who are 7-1 in singles play on the season. Vitor Albanese is 7-1 at No. 1 singles, Mauricio Santos is 7-1 splitting between Nos. 2 and 3 singles and Daniel Fernandez is 7-1 splitting between Nos. 3 and 4 singles.

The Vikings return to action on March 24 and 26. Augustana takes on Northwest Missouri State on March 24 at 3 p.m. in Sioux Falls, S.D. and will travel to Sartell, Minn. to take on St. John's (Minn.) on March 26 at 2 p.m.
