SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- With inclement weather due to heavy snow and city-wide flooding, the home opener for Augustana baseball has been moved south. The Vikings now take on Bemidji State in Omaha, Neb. at Omaha Westside baseball field.

Scheduled for a three-game series, Augustana (7-5, 0-0 NSIC) opens the weekend with a 5:00 p.m. start on Saturday, and will play game two around 7:30 p.m. The Vikings close the weekend with a 5:00 p.m. start on Sunday.

The series will also mark the Northern Sun Conference opener for both programs. 

Augustana also makes a quick turnaround from their week-long trip to Florida where they went 4-3. Bemidji State enters the series with a 1-10 overall record (0-0 NSIC) and is currently on a 10 game losing streak.
