SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The Augustana track & field teams are readying for its last regular season meet of the outdoor season, heading to Mankato, Minnesota, for the Maverick Classic. 

Field events will start at 2 p.m. with running events starting at 4:15 p.m. There will be live results available at GoAugie.com/Live.

Last Time Out

The Vikings are coming off a prodigious weekend with three school records being broken. Two records came at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet with senior Austin Miller breaking the school record in the metric mile running a time of 3:45.58, besting the old record by over two seconds. Sophomore Patty Jo English erased the school record in the 5,000m by over eight seconds running a time of 16:20.53. 

At the NSIC Outdoor Challenge, true freshman Mathias Kollberg had the jump of his lifetime in the long jump, jumping over two feet further than his previous personal-best to wipe away the second oldest standing school record of 39 years, jumping 25 feet.

Overall, the Vikings tallied or improved upon nine NCAA provisional qualifying marks over the two meets.
