SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana women's basketball is ready for its final road weekend of the season. The Vikings are set for tilts against Concordia-St. Paul Friday night slated for a 5:30 p.m. start and Minnesota State Saturday with tipoff at 3:30 p.m.

About the Golden Bears
Concordia-St. Paul holds a 14-7 record overall with a 10-7 ledger in the NSIC. Last time out, CSP had a weekend split, besting the Cougars in Sioux Falls (74-65) then falling in double-overtime to Southwest Minnesota State (94-85).
Lindsey Becher is the leading scorer for the Golden Bears with her 14.4 points per game. The remaining starting five are also averaging double-figure scoring.
Two players are over 12 points with 12.4 coming from Meghan DuBois and 12.0 from Riley Wheatcraft. Sydney Zgutowicz contributes 11.4 while Jadyn Hanson accounts for 10.7 points.
Zgutowicz leads the team with 8.1 rebounds per outing.
Not just known for scoring, Becher is among the nation's best in blocked shots, having 66 this season ranking her third in the nation. She also averages 3.14 blocks per game, ranking her tops the NSIC and second in the nation.
About the Mavericks
Minnesota State is 16-5 overall with an NSIC South Division-leading 12-5 record. Most recently, the Mavericks split a weekend of road contests. On Friday night, MSU was held to a season-low 46 points falling to Southwest Minnesota State, 63-46. The Mavericks returned Saturday with an authoritative win over Sioux Falls, winning 86-66.
Joey Batt does it all for Minnesota State. The sophomore has 59 steals this season while averaging 2.81 per game, both feats are first in the NSIC. She is also first in the conference, along with 20th in the nation, in assist to turnover ratio at 2.31 per game while dishing out 3.5 assists per game.
Batt leads the Mavericks in scoring with her 15.7 points per game while Mikayla Nachazel averages 4.3 rebounds per outing.
About the Vikings
Augustana carries a 12-7 record overall while going 8-7 within the loop. The Vikings are on a three-game win streak, most recently defending their home court with wins against Winona State (75-57) and Upper Iowa (68-64).
Aislinn Duffy continued to impress with a double-double average over the weekend. Her average of 19 points, 13 rebounds and 5.5 assists in the weekend sweep against Winona State and Upper Iowa earned her NSIC South Division Player of the Week.
In the 75-57 win against Winona State, Duffy secured her ninth double-double having 17 points, 18 boards and seven assists.
The Vikings are led by Lauren Sees, scoring 15.1 points per game while Duffy continues to average a double-double with 15 points and 11.3 rebounds per outing.
One Last Thing
When the Vikings last faced the Mavericks, Duffy had a career-high night with 28 points and 21 rebounds. Her 21 rebounds was one shy of the Augustana record.
