BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana track & field's Austin Miller has been named NSIC Track Athlete of the Week. The Sioux Falls, South Dakota, native won the 800m at the Minnesota State Open by more than three seconds, running a new personal-best time of 1:49.26.

His time ranks him first in the NSIC as well as No. 5 in the nation this season.

The Vikings have a busy week in store heading west for the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, California, and Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, California. The Bryan Clay Invitational will take place Wednesday through Friday while the Mt. Sac Relays take place Thursday through Saturday.
