BURNSVILLE, Minn.--Augustana baseball's Ashton Michek has been named the NSIC Pitcher of the Week for the first time in his career, announced by the conference office Monday morning.

- Threw six nearly-perfect innings to help the Vikings past Drury 5-0 in a 7-inning game
- Allowed just two hits and did not allow a run
- Racked up eight strikeouts, one shy of his career high
- Holds a 1.50 ERA and has struck out 12 in 12 innings on the year
