BURNSVILLE, Minn – Andrew Martens of Augustana track and field was named Track Athlete of the Week, announced by the conference Tuesday morning. Martens crossed the finish line with a first-place time and NCAA provisional time of 13.98 in the 110-meter hurdles at the USD Early Bird Invitational last weekend. 


Andrew Martens (Hurdles, Jr., Sioux Falls, S.D. / Lincoln HS) – Augustana
- Ran an NCAA provisional time of 13.98 to win the 110-meter hurdles at the USD Early Bird
- His prelim time of 13.88 is tied for seventh in the nation
- Added a third-place finish in the men's 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55:59
