BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The Vikings swept NSIC weekly honors, announced by the NSIC on Monday morning. J.D. Hennen earns his second weekly honor while Jason Axelberg earns his first. 

NSIC Pitcher of the Week
#30 J.D. Hennen (RHP, 6-0, 205, Jr., R/R, Alexandria, Minn. / Alexandria Area HS) - Augustana
- Threw the first no-hitter in the NSIC while earning a win in Augustana's 15-0 win over Bemidji State on Sunday
- Struck out 15 in a seven inning, run rule shortened game, two behind a program record
- Forced 25 whiffs on 90 pitches and worked two-strike counts on both hitters that reached base
- Also induced three flyouts and three groundouts in the win

NSIC Player of the Week
#6 Jason Axelberg (OF, 6-2, 225, Sr., R/R, Monticello, Minn. / Monticello HS) - Augustana
- Went 6-for-8 with seven runs scored and six RBI against Bemidji State in a Sunday sweep
- Slashed .750/.800/1.875 in a pair of games, adding a double, triple and two home runs
- Went 3 for 4 with three runs scored in a 16-3 game one win
- Followed it with three hits, including a triple and two home runs, four runs scored and six RBI in a 15-0 game two victory
