THE QUALIFIERS
No. 3 – Jaxson Rohman – 125 pounds
Rohman will make his fourth straight appearance at the DII Wrestling Championships and looks to build upon his back-to-back national runner-up finishes from the last two seasons. He went 3-0 at the Super Region V Tournament to claim the title and currently holds an 18-4 record. Rohman also accrued All-NSIC First Team honors this season.

He punched his ticket to the championships after securing a 17-2 tech fall against Jackson Heatson of Upper Iowa. Rohman then faced Sloan Johannsen of Northern State and took a 13-4 major decision to reach the title match. While battling a familiar foe in Shane Corrigan of Parkside, he pinned his opponent in the second period to take home the crown.

Rohman will take on Bryce Beatty of Millersville in the first round.

No. 2 – Cael Larson – 149 pounds
After collecting a region title on home turf inside the Elmen Center, Larson will compete in his second NCAA championships. He went 3-0 in the region competition and boasts a 19-5 record on the season.

At the Super Region V Tournament, Larson collected a dominant 20-7 major decision over Walker Bents of Minnesota State. He then found himself facing Wyatt Turnquist of Northern State in the semifinals, where—in an entertaining battle between frequent opponents—he ended with a 6-3 decision to earn the national bid. Larson then took control in the title match, taking home the 11-6 decision against Upper Iowa's Ethen Boty.

Larson will face Jake Piccirilli of UNC Pembroke in the first round.

No. 4 – Cade Mueller – 184 pounds
After going 19-5 on the year following four consecutive wins at the regional, Mueller is set for his fourth consecutive NCAA appearance. He went 4-0 en route to the region title just days after earning his third All-NSIC distinction and second first-team honor.

Mueller's path to the region crown came in convincing fashion as he started with a 2-0 decision over Adam Sylvester of Southwest Minnesota State and a 12-1 major decision over Daevon Vereen of Sioux Falls. He faced Dante Roggio of UMary in the semis and booked a trip to the title match with an 8-5 decision. Mueller's night ended with a hard-fought victory over Reece Worachek of Parkside, as he collected a 4-1 win in the second tiebreak period.

First round action for Mueller will kick off against Noah Gnibus of Pitt.-Johnstown.

No. 4 – Max Ramberg – 197 pounds
A second career NCAA qualification for Ramberg came after he went 2-1 at the region tournament, finishing as runner-up. He holds a stunning 30-5 overall record, broke the AU school record for tech falls in a season (14) and was recently named to the All-NSIC Second Team for his first conference honor.

Ramberg started his region tournament trek with a 15-0 tech fall over Grant Cook of Minnesota State in 6:39. He added in a 9-1 major decision against Matt Kaylor of UMary in the semifinals, securing his national bid. Ramberg would go on to finish second overall in the bracket.

Ramberg will face Wyatt Miller of Grand Valley State in the first round.

ONE FINAL NOTE
The tournament will determine the Division II All-America team with the top-eight finishers in each weight class earning All-America distinction.
