SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana men's tennis has been ranked on the national scene for the first time this season with two Vikings earning national rankings, announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Wednesday.
Leading off the rankings is
Henry Dornbusch who has been rewarded with the no. 22 singles ranking across Division II. Dornbusch upset then-no. 10 Semyon Tsyrenov, 6-2, 6-2.
In doubles, Dornbusch is paired up with partner
Conrad Koch to create the no. 17 doubles team in Division II. The duo downed the then-no. 1 doubles team of Matthew Earle and Tim Hammes of Washburn on Feb. 23 by a score of 6-4.
As a team, Augustana currently sits at no. 49 with an overall record of 2-4.
