• The Vikings made their season debut at the Sioux Falls Arena a success on Wednesday with a 84-75 win over Dakota Wesleyan.
• Shaunteva Ashley continued her stellar all-around play with a game-high 26 points.
• Ashley also led Augustana in assists (five), and rebounds (six.)
• Sophie Kenney scored a career-high 13 points in the win.
• Kenney had five steals for the Vikings.
• Forward Paige Peterson notched her first career double-digit game in points, finishing with 10 in the contest.
• Peterson also had four rebounds, and season-high four steals in the victory.
• Augustana was able to use its defense to wreak havoc on the Tigers, forcing them into 28 turnovers.
• The Vikings also finished the game with 16 steals.
• Augustana got its fourth straight win to start the season on Friday with a 95-55 victory over William Penn.
