SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Augustana women's basketball team welcomes an addition to its 2026-27 roster. Lucy Moore has signed her national letter of intent to play for the Vikings in 2026-27.

Vogel on Moore: "Lucy is a great addition to our program. First, we love adding local players to our roster. Lucy also makes us better defensively right away with her quickness and tenacity on that side of the ball. Finally, Lucy is a player who likes to grind and get better in the gym. A team can never have too many players who love putting in the work to improve so we are thankful to add Lucy to our team!"

Previous School: Moore played in 26 games last season for the Wolves as a redshirt freshman and will have three years of eligibility remaining. 

High School: Moore graduated from O'Gorman High School where she was a captain, a AA All-Tournament Team member, All-Conference First Team member and All-State honorable mention while earning an undefeated state championship as a senior. As a junior, Moore averaged 7.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. She was honored on the 2023 South Dakota AA All-Tournament team. O'Gorman advanced to the SD State Tournament the last four seasons, winning the State Championship in 2022 and 2024. In addition, Moore is a member of the SD Network program.

Personal: Lucy is the daughter of Kristie and Keith Moore. She plans to major in business administration while at Augustana.
