SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana University head wrestling coach Jason Reitmeier has announced dates for the 2016 Wrestling Camp. The camp will be held June 6-9 in the Augustana wrestling room in the Elmen Center.
 
The camp will have two groups, one for grades K-4 and another for grades 5-12. During the four-day camp, participants will learn technique and skills from all wrestling positions, along with training habits that have proved to be successful for current and former collegiate wrestlers.
 
Participants will also receive instruction on the safest and most effective methods of conditioning, weight training, diet, nutrition and motivation.
 
The K-4 camp will run from 4-6 p.m. with grades 5-12 to follow from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 6 through Thursday, June 9.
 
Cost for the wrestling camp which includes instruction and a t-shirt is $100.
