SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Augustana Swimming head coach Lindsie Micko announced the addition of Alysse Grohs to the 2019 recruiting class Wednesday afternoon.

Grohs is an Eden Prairie, Minn. native and plans to join the Vikings in the fall once graduating from Eden Prairie High School in June.

Gros finished in the top-16 in the Lake Conference in the 100 yard breaststroke during the 2015-16 season. She plans on studying nursing while at Augustana.

"It's exciting to have Alysse join our program," Micko said. "She encompasses all that we look for in a student-athlete. She has trained with a great club program and has continually improved in all of her events. I see her blossoming at the collegiate level and helping us in many areas. It's a great day to be a Viking!"
