INDIANAPOLIS -- For the second straight season, Taylor Beagle has qualified for the NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, the NCAA announced Wednesday. The sophomore qualified for the "B" cut 1650 Freestyle for the second straight season.

The Lead, S.D. native placed first in the event at the NSIC Championships earlier this month with a meet and school record time of 17:02.46. The time broke her own record she set last year at the championships by just under six seconds. Earlier this season Beagle had a time of 17:25.20 at the Dragon Cobber Invite which was then her season best time.

The NCAA Championships are held in Indianapolis at the IU Natatorium on March 13-16.
