SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana senior Abby Hora has been named as a member of the District 7 All-Academic Team as selected by CoSIDA. A two-time Academic All-NSIC selection, the all-district honor is the first of Hora's career.
 
Hailing from Viborg, South Dakota, Hora has saved her best season for last on the floor, recently tallying a career-high 27 in the Vikings' win over Concordia-St. Paul this past Saturday. It marked the second time in as many weeks that she has reset her career-high, previously tallying 23 points at St. Cloud State.
 
For the season, she averages 12.6 points per game and dishes 2.9 assists per game. She is the NSIC leader with 2.0 steals per game, helping the Vikings rank 27^th in the nation with 11 steals per outing.
 
In the classroom, Hora maintains a near-perfect GPA at 3.99 while earning her degree in nursing.
 
Hora advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot where honorees will be announced in mid-March for first-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honors.
