Winona, Minn. – Officials from Augustana University and Winona State University have announced that the women's basketball game scheduled between the schools for today, Saturday, Jan. 23, has been canceled. The cancelation is due to COVID-19 testing and quarantine protocols at Winona State. 
 
Per Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) guidelines for the 2020-21 women's basketball season, the contest will not be rescheduled.
 
The Vikings, who prevailed 81-79 in overtime Friday night at Winona, return home to the Sanford Pentagon Friday, Jan. 29, hosting Upper Iowa at 7 p.m.
