About the Vikings

The women of Augustana are getting national recognition as the team is ranked 24th in the nation in the CSCCA's most recent national poll.

Taylor Beagle and Leona Coha are both within the top-ten rankings in the nation in the 1650-Free. Beagle is currently second in the nation with her time of 17:26.20. Coha is seventh in the nation with her time of 17:46.62. Both of their performances came earlier this season at 5,000 ft. in the Quad Invite hosted by Colorado Mesa.

On the men's side, Pedro Borin is 12th in the nation in the 200-Fly with his time of 1:50.80, he also is ranked 13th in the 400-IM with a time of 4:03.43.

One Last Thing

The last time the Vikings hosted the Augustana Invite, eight school records were broken. Is this weekend promising to be a staple meet in Augustana's short history?
