SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana swimming & diving team saw one school record fall and 13 top-15 finishes at the Coyote Invitational this weekend.
Kate Robbins broke her own school record in the 3 meter dive this weekend with a final score of 222.25. Robbins placed fourth overall in the event to break her school record she previously made at the Augustana Invitational this fall. Previous to the record, Robbins totaled a finals score of 217.25 in the event.
During the Coyote Invitational, Augustana combined 13 top-15 wins through:
- Pedro Borin - Third place in the 100 m butterfly with a finals time of 50.89.
- Jackson Dircks - Third place finish in the 100 back with a time of 52.21
- Eighth place finish in the 200 Yard IM with a finals time of 1:58.90.
- Aeson Akins - Fifth place finish in the 100 back with a time of 53:01
- Isaac Rokusek - 13th place finish in the 500 free with a time of 4:59. 42
- Lui Gabriel Pinto - 11th place finish in the 200 Free with a time of 1:46.09
- Kate Robbins - Fourth place finish in the 3 Meter Dive with a final score of 222.25
- Sixth place finish in the 1 meter dive with a final score of 175.15
- Hailey Handevidt – Seventh place finish in the 1 meter dive with a final score of 155.05
- Eighth place finish in the 3 meter dive with a finals score of 150.65
- Clare Duplissis - Seventh place finish in the 3 meter dive with a finals score of 188.35
- Caden Kavanaugh - Third place finish in the 1 meter dive with a finals score of 197.35
- Third place finish in the 3 meter dive with a finals score of 186.20

The Augustana women's swimming & diving squad travels to West Fargo, North Dakota, to compete at the NSIC Championships Feb. 8-11. Then, the Augustana men's swimming & diving squad will travel to Holland, Michigan, to compete at the GLIAC Championships Feb. 15-18.
