BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Florentia Hadjigeorgiou was named NSIC Player of the Week after starting the season 2-0 from the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles, announced by the league Tuesday afternoon.

- Went 2-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-0 at No. 1 doubles
- Won at No. 1 singles by scores of 6-3, 6-3 over Emily Hafner from MSU Denver
- Won at No. 1 singles by scores of 7-6, 6-1 over Dana Issabayeva from Newman
- Won her doubles matches by scores of 6-4 and 6-2
- Owns a No. 14 national ranking from the ITA
