GENEVA, Ohio – Bryn Greenwaldt collected her second individual All-America honor Saturday as the Augustana swimming & diving sophomore earned runner-up honors in the 100 free. The Vikings also garnered points from the 1M dive and 400 free relay to place ninth at the NCAA Division II Championships, the highest finish in program history.
 
Greenwaldt set a school record of 49.57 seconds in the 100 free for her runner-up finish. Previously in the day, she timed in at 49.81, which set the school record which lasted only a matter of hours.
 
Also gaining a valuable point in the team race was Meesha Montgomery as she placed 16^th after advancing to the 'B' final. She earned her way into the nighttime race with her preliminary race time of 50.76.
 
On the 1M dive, Avery Lommel placed 10^th overall with her 417.25 points. The NSIC Freshman of the Year capped her inaugural campaign with an All-America honor on the 3M board and gaining seven team points on the 1M board.
 
The final event of the evening was the 400 free relay that saw Augustana place 13^th. The team consisting of Greenwaldt, Me. Montgomery, Makoa Montgomery and Amaya Street timed in at 3:24.61 for eight team points.
 
Augustana tallied 150.5 points over the four days of competition to place ninth, just two points out of eighth place. The Vikings entered the meet ranked No. 13 in the nation by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association.
 
Augustana leaves the championships with five All-America honors from three individual events and two relays.
