No. 4 seed Augustana ready for face off with No. 1 seed Northern State

Storylines and history
• Augustana continues postseason play with a quarterfinal game in the NSIC/Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament on Saturday.
• The Vikings, the No. 4 seed in the South, will face the North's No. 1 seed, Northern State.
• Tip-off is set for 12 p.m. at the Sanford Pentagon.
•This will be the 41st meeting in the all-time series between the two teams, with Augustana leading 24-16.
• The Vikings won the first meeting earlier this season back on Feb. 6, a 59-57 victory.
• If Augustana wins, it will play the winner of the Minnesota Crookston/Minnesota State game on Monday in a semifinal contest at 12 p.m.

• This is the seventh year that the Vikings have been in the NSIC Tournament.
•  Augustana has an overall record of 8-5 in NSIC Tournament games since joining the league.
• The Vikings have won the conference tournament once, back in 2013 with an 81-73 win over Minnesota State in the finals.
