SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – In a split weekend between road and home duals, the No. 7 Augustana Vikings will host Northern State at 7 p.m. on Thursday night before heading to No. 1 St. Cloud State for a 2 p.m. bout on Saturday.

The Vikings
Augustana is an even 5-5 so far this season, including a 2-0 conference showing, following a weekend at the NWCA/USMC Multi-Division National Duals. The Vikings fell to #5 Nebraska-Kearney (23-13) and defeated #12 Grand Valley State (20-17) and #2 Glenville State (21-18) on Friday before falling to #3 Parkside (31-6) and taking down #11 UMary (30-10) to take seventh place in the tournament.
 
Five Vikings maintained individual rankings in the latest NWCA release. Jaxson Rohman sits second in 125-pound weight class while Cael Larson its second at 149 pounds. Connor Simmonds has broken into the rankings and is 15^th at 157 while at 184, Cade Mueller is ranked third and Max Ramberg is fifth at 197.
 
The 2024-25 roster of 36 is made up of 10 freshmen, eight redshirt freshmen, six redshirt sophomores, one junior, eight redshirt juniors and three seniors. Of the 36, six return after wrestling in the Super Regional last season.
