BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Augustana athletics department saw 99 student-athletes named to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate All-Academic honors list for the spring sports season, bringing the 2024-25 season total to 290 after 105 honorees in the fall and 86 in the winter.
 
"Distinction in the classroom is one of the pillars of the Augustana Athletics philosophy statement," said Josh Morton, Augustana Vice President for Athletics. "These student-athletes are shining examples of that statement and this group helps to wrap up another outstanding athletics year for Augustana."
 
To be eligible for the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, a student-athlete must have a 3.60 cumulative GPA or higher, while NSIC All-Academic Team members must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA or higher.
 
Additionally, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at her/his institution (true freshmen, red-shirt freshmen and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.
