Augustana University Athletics

Sam Baier is freshman from Springfield, Minnesoat and is a member of the Augustana baseball team. Baier had an outstanding week for the Vikings. He led the team with a .480 batting average in six starts. Eight of his 12 hits were doubles and he tied an Augustana record with three doubles in one game. Baier also drove on seven runs while scoring seven runs of his own.He had a six game slugging percentage of .800 and was a 1-for-1 in stolen bases.
