BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana athletics tallied 101 student-athletes on the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Academic honors list for the spring sports season. Announced three times a year, Augustana had 98 named to the Winter All-Academic team and 97 student-athletes named to the Fall All-Academic team, rounding out the 2023-24 season total at 296 Vikings. 

"It has been another great year for Augustana athletics," said Augustana Vice President for Athletics Josh Morton. "After nine NSIC regular season and tournament championships, we once again lead the conference in All-Academic honors. Our spring sport student-athletes embody Augustana's tradition of building champions in the classroom, in competition and in the community."

To be eligible for the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, a student-athlete must have a 3.60 cumulative GPA or higher, while NSIC All-Academic Team members must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA or higher.

Additionally, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at her/his institution (true freshmen, redshirt freshmen and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.
