A 10-year NFL veteran, Ham made his mark at Augustana. The running back was the NSIC Glen Galligan Award winner, presented to a student-athlete who has participated at their institution for four years and is academically superior while making a positive contribution to the institution. The 2015 All-NSIC member ranks sixth in program history with 2,662 career rushing yards and fourth with 29 touchdowns. His 35 total touchdowns also ranks sixth. A two-time Academic All-NSIC member, Ham is one of five players in program history to have a 1,000 yard rushing season and is second in single-season rushing touchdowns following his 1,097 yard, 16 touchdown performance in the 2015 season. He also made his mark in track and field, ranking second on the indoor lists in the weight throw with a 19.04 mark and third in the shot put at 16.90m. On the outdoor list, he is second in the hammer throw at 53.54m, fourth in the shot put at 16.16m and sixth in the discus at 44.33m.
