The program’s all-time leading scorer and leader of the 2016 National Championship team, Dan Jansen is one of the most decorated athletes in the school’s history. In his time at Augustana, Jansen was the 2016 National Player of the Year, two-time All-American, two-time Region Player of the Year, three-time All-NSIC First Team, NSIC Freshman of the Year, two-time NSIC Player of the Year. If there was an award, Jansen probably won it. He scored 2,255 points, averaging 17.3 points per game, ranks first in made field goals (753) and made free throws (585), is fifth all-time in rebounds with 857 and seventh with 74 blocks.
